This is the Organic Big Timber Blend brought to you by Evans Brothers Coffee Roasters. Organic and Fair Trade certified coffees from Ethiopia, Guatemala, Sumatra were carefully chosen and blended together to create a unique harmony of flavors that are greater than the sum of its parts. The cup is full bodied with notes of milk chocolate and a rich smoky quality.
Perfect amount of boldness. Reminded me of drinking coffee in the mountains. Maybe the design of the bag helped.
One of the best coffee's I've ever had. Rich and smooth!
More of a medium roast, than a dark one. Good for espresso or moka.
Smoky and chocolaty a nice cup of java
This one is one of my two favorites so far (Black & Tan being the first). A very good choice for my tastes!
This blend is not very good. It has any "off taste". Do not like it.
Bunny & Bunny
This coffee tastes like happiness. It was bold and full bodied.
A great blend, earthy but also not to overwhelming.
favorite so far!
Good flavor notes but not full bodied and strong enough for me
Meh, too weak
Awesome full flavor. One of the better coffees I've had.
lovely and delicious.
Real chocolatey goodness.
Not my cup of tea (coffee)
Favorite coffee choice so far! I loved the bold, chocolately taste!
Great tasting coffee. Caffeine content feels quite high (not good, not bad).
I could definitely taste the smokiness and that is not something I prefer in my taste profile. It was a smooth coffee, but just too smoky for me.
The three beans each lent a distinctive characteristic to the finished cup. Very good. Although it was referred to as 'dark roast', it was not as dark as I prefer.
I didn't like this coffee as much as my first. It was very earthy, usually a good thing but it didn't work for me this time. It was a roast type I typically like. I expected a bigger flavor but it just sat on the front of my tongue and didn't last. The coffee wasn't bad, it just wasn't my favorite.
REALLY good. I love the smell of this blend! Took me a while to dial in the brewing (siphon, metal filter) and while it is a bit strong, the taste is amazing. I'd love to try something similar to this in a medium roast. =D
This one was better than the previous coffee. Beans were not as darkly roasted as what I typically like. Also was a little acidic for my taste. I also think I have learned that I don't like the smokiness of these last two as much as I thought I would. I Would like to try something that is much more bold in flavor. Darkly roasted with mild sweetness low acidity and a lot of body. Dark chocolate, caramel, toasted nut and spice flavors would be a plus
Lots of flavor, depth. Great coffee.
I like this on better than the first one I had-which I cannot see on my history
this was the best coffee ever!
Love the notes. Great full bodied coffee.
Forget what we liked about this, but remember really enjoying it!
Great flavor; perfect color
too chocolate-y for my taste
Really liked the taste of this coffee.

As I mentioned in my other review, I tend to prefer long lingering, bitter, single origin coffees more typical of Columbia. I'd be interested in trying a sweeter/nuttier long lingering finished Honduran one as well though. Thanks!
Much closer to what I like in coffee. Full, bold and much less citrus after-taste. I would purchase again, but am interested in trying something even stronger or earthy (because I don't think I have every really tried that boldness)
I enjoyed this one more than the first. I found it a bit acidic.
Great full bodied dark roast. Bitter bite and the end but all and all a good cup of Joe
bold but smooth
Great morning coffee! Bold, but smooth
This was a pleasant coffee, but not as bold of a flavor as I would have liked in comparison to the previous coffee.
