The Brazil Fazenda Do Serrado was carefully roasted for you by Parisi Artisan Coffee. This full natural coffee was grown in the Fazenda Do Serrado region of Brazil. We love this coffee for its notes of and rich chocolate, hazelnut, juicy red cherry and a full body.
Really love the rich, warmness. Parisi is quickly becoming one of my favorite roasters!
Solid good coffee. I mostly enjoyed this as espresso and cherry notes with milk chocolate finish was present although if either was more pronounced it would have made the coffee a bit more exciting. I also enjoyed it as a pour-over with my kalita wave.
It is definitely good coffee, but I don't like it as much as the Rise. I may like a darker roast than this, but I'm sure it depends on the coffee.
Really enjoyed this one. A nice city roast with mild acidity and flavors leaning towards the nutty, cocoa, end of the spectrum. We enjoyed it most using a French press but also liked it brewed as a pourover or using an Aeropress as well.
It was ok, but felt it was pretty dark.
Solid coffee. Notes of chocolate with hints of hazlenut.
I get a lot of chocolate/hazelnut and a lot of toastiness, like roasted Ferrero Rocher chocolates. I like it a lot, though I wish I could taste more of the cherry notes.
. Not too acidic but not over roasted. I was hoping/excepting a sweet flavor to help me extend summer but it turned out to be a nice smooth flavor for early fall. Tried with an aero press but will try with an espresso machine. I feel this will be better as a denser flavor derived from my espresso machine.
This coffee is good, just not any real distinct flavor. After reading the label, I was very excited to try it, but somewhat disappointed that it did not taste as good as it sounded.
Enjoyed it overall - good full taste. Grew on me.
It is very good, not my normal preference but still tasty. I would not go for it regularly but like it to "mix things up." Solely based on my general coffee profile preferences and not a reflection of the quality of the coffee.
We didn't care for this coffee It was too light and seemed to lack any boldness.
Gorgeous bouquet in the package. Fruity and acidic in the cup. Nice depth. I liked it better via drip than the aeropress, but not having that capability at home… that becomes a slight disadvantage for this coffee.
I brewed this on a V60 and in a french press. Both were delicious! Every tasting note mentioned could be tasted clearly. I think this would have tasted best brewed with a chemex, since the lower notes of chocolate and hazelnut are a majority of this coffee's flavor. The cherry came through nicely on the V60, however. Very good!
It was a perfect blend of a deep richness along with a bright flavor. It is great to drink black to enjoy the smooth flavor and not get a bitter aftertaste.
Smooth, well-balanced coffee. Notes of nuts and rich chocolate. Delicious!
Loving this coffee. It is nutty, warm and is so close to the mouth feel I am going for.
This one felt a little one-dimensional. It had some nice chocolaty notes, but overall not a lot of depth. We brew using a technivorm moccamaster home brewer, so maybe flavors would have been different with a pour-over or French Press. Didnt like this one as much as the Equator Ethipia.
Really great combination of flavors. Strong but not overwhelming. Great in a french press.
Loved it. It had a nice deep and strong flavor.
Simply solid coffee. Best one so far. Too bad not organic.
This was great! Not too acidic. I do love floral/citrus flavors as well though, which would be great variety for next time
today's was creamy with a smooth finish in the past I had a Don Eli, Tarrazu, Costa Rica with caramel, ,lemon and floral notes that was excellent
Coffee was really good. Smooth and simple. I tend to prefer something with a few more complex notes, but this was a really nice change of pace.
This coffee has a very pleasant earthiness that encompasses the flavors in each sip. Really enjoy the balance.
This was a good pick for us. Both my wife and I like medium roast with sweet, nutty, chocolaty notes.
Worked out well in BonaVita and V60. Haven't tried Chemex. Drinkable but not boring at all.
Perfect kind of morning cup we enjoy - wonderful texture and love the notes of cherry. Chocolate notes were lighter and acidity on the aftertaste a little bit more than expected/liked, but overall a very enjoyable cup with a balanced taste to match it's texture.
