This is the Colombia Bunde Harmony brought to you by Greenway Coffee Company. This fully washed coffee was grown in the Planadas, Tolima region of Colombia between 1,600 - 1,900 meters above sea level. We love this coffee for its nuanced notes of milk chocolate with a soft, pleasant acidity and balanced overall quality.
Not sure if I am brewing properly, but I found this coffee to have a incredibly light body with little flavor. The coffee smells amazing, but the taste lacking - I have attempted to brew in a chemex, french press, and single cup pour over with consistent results.
Very balanced and tasty with or without milk
I love this one, very fruity and sweet yet still complex. I dont really taste much chocolate in it compared to the fruit but this is a winner.
This bean is ok in my opinion. Brewed in Hario V60 method. Thought the grapefruit aftertaste was a bit sour.
Greenway's Harmony ushered in our return to specialty coffee after a longer than 60-day moving and home-buying season. Although the details of this bean were lost in the fog of unpacking, the cup was more than well-received; it helped us feel a little more settled amidst the chaos. Yay!
Enjoyed this. Still haven't figured out exactly what we love the most profile-wise. Would almost lean a little more toward our first order.
Love this roast! Balanced on a v60, love the chocolate notes and subtle acidity is nice!
This hit the nail right on the head. A flavor burst. Very smooth and exactly what I like to drink. Keep them very similar to this please.
Greenway's offering of the Colombia Bunde Harmony was delightful. I brewed it on the Hario V60 01 and tasted pleasant chocolate notes as well as a nice (but not overwhelming) fruitiness, which became more prominent as the coffee cooled. The acidity was also apparent and added a nice touch. Overall, I enjoyed this coffee and would recommend it, especially if you're brewing on the V60
Really like the coffee and the acidity is just about right but i think i do prefer less acidic coffees. Also i just got a french press as well and like the results from the french press a little more than the aeropress
Wasnt too impressed with this one. Tasted a bit more bitter than others I've recieved
It's a quality coffee, but it doesn't have the berry or citrus punch I tend to like. It tastes well balanced.
Good, balanced flavors with a pleasant milk chocolate profile. Citrus notes were standout features, but was not overdone. Great mouthfeel too. I definitely prefer these medium to light roast coffees that avoid the smokiness and bitterness of the dark roasts.
Balanced and smooth. A nice cup for the morning/early afternoon. Brewed with a V60.
The fruit and citrus notes are too subtle for me, it has a pleasantly balanced taste but isn't anything spectacular. I brewed with a Chemex.
