The East Timor Letefoho was carefully roasted for you by Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. This fully washed coffee was sourced from the growing region of Ermera in East Timor and was produced by the various small holder producers at 1,500 - 2,000 meters. Enjoy the mellow, rich cup with notes of baking spices and fruit-toned dark chocolate.
This works so well as a drip cone. On the Eva Solo, I was able to pull out the earthy, rich mouthfeel of a cup. On Brikka, the acidity was brought out to a wonderfully bitter shot of espresso.
This coffee was good, but a little too much citrus flavor for my tastes. By no means am I saying I didn't enjoy it, I just prefer the nutty earthy flavors of the first coffee better.
Baking spices were noticeable and lovely. Aftertaste was not as pleasant as other coffees as previously received. Fruit notes were stronger than I liked or preferred. A good cup, but after having some of the others, I will have to pass on this one if it came a second time around.
didn't love this, too fruity
The spices and chocolate are great flavors. This coffee would be fantastic if it was a little darker of a roast.
I'm surprised at how much flavor is in this coffee. It's smooth and not bitter at all. I have rarely enjoyed a roast from SE Asia (I had to look up where the beans were from) but this coffee is fantastic. I made a Chemex (44g coffee with 685g of water) and it's delightful. Great roast from Anodyne.
Best dessert coffee I've had. Strong flavor of a dark chocolate that remains smooth and not acidic throughout the entire cup. Light notes of lemon are noticeable, but subtle enough to not make the coffee dry.
Back and forth with this. One cup is wonderful, the next has me wondering. Go figure.
There were bitter and conflicting flavors. We didn't like this one at all.
More enjoyable than the Brazil Fazenda, still looking for something that is both clear and strong when made with either an aeropress or a clever dripper.
To me, it was still a little too acidic, but the flavor was there. I made it into a cold brew, and that actually made it really refreshing.
This coffee is really good. I have made it in a French Press and it has tasted perfect each time. I am pleased with this coffee. The flavor is a little sweet and smooth. I also really like the packaging too.
Just freaking awesome!!!!!
Best tasting coffee I have ever brewed at home. What a great experience - rich flavor and very powerful. This coffee is a homerun!
Excellent flavor with chocolate and fruit shining through. One of the best coffees I've ever had! Chemex brewed.
Delicious! No bitter aftertaste, smooth, almost like chocolate milk. Loved!
Excellent coffee -- rich
Low acidic. Similar to the Peru Amazonas, but with a stronger chocolate aftertaste. Definitely a dessert coffee. Or one to be enjoyed on a cold, rainy day.
Still leaning toward the sour end of the spectrum for my taste, but decent.
