This red honey processed coffee was grown by Luis Alberto Monge Ureña in the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica between 1,650 - 1,800 meters above sea level. We love this coffee for its nuanced notes of dark chocolate, cantaloupe and raspberry with a juicy body.

I've not had a Costa Rican coffee before, to my knowledge, and most Central American or South American coffees I've had lately are a little bit too chocolate or roast flavored. This Finca from Crema, however, is a winner. It is surprisingly fruity but not overly sweet.I'd happily seek out other coffees from Crema.
