This is the Honduras Finca San Francisco Microlot brought to you by Steadfast Coffee. Grown by Abelardo Reyes in the Intibucá region at 1,400 meters, this fully washed coffee is a perfect example of why we love coffees from Honduras. We love this coffee for its nuanced notes of brown sugar and chocolate with a balanced overall quality.
This brew turned out very light and not exceptionally flavorful. It was a tad on the fruity is what I would note
Very balanced flavors. Not too chocolate-y, not too caramel-y. Tastes fantastic when used with a chemex, and even better in a french press.
This wasn't my favorite so far but I did enjoy the slight floral notes.
Has a great flavor balance and overall an excellent cup of coffee.
This coffee was good but not great. The dark chocolate notes were a little bitter for me, but still a good, nutty
A very easy to drink coffee.
Im not a huge fan of this coffee. It is a bit bland, lacking in the fruitiness i typically like. There is nothing that tastes bad about it, but nothing special either.
Very good and probably would have been 5 stars, but the previous coffee was so good that this one couldn't compete.
Great cup on Hario V60! Really balanced and complex. Nutty and chocolate notes!
I love how delicate this coffee is.... lighter bodied, but balanced. nothing overpowering, just a satisfying cup!
Love this coffee. Chocolate and burnt sugar with just a hint of brighter cherry notes to balance it out. This is one of those coffees that makes the whole house smell delicious. Great in chemex and hario.
