The Uganda Bugisu Organic was carefully roasted for you by Taylor Maid Farms. This Fully Washed coffee was grown by the Sipi Falls Coffee Project in the Sipi, Kapchorwa District region of Uganda between 1,500 - 2,500 meters above sea level. The cup is complex with underlying notes of chocolate and dark fruits and a hearty earthy finish.
This coffee tastes very roasty. For a person who prefers a dark roast, this would be a great fit as it's fairly tame in acidity and holds up well with milk (takes on a very classic roasted-nut character). I personally am not a fan.
This was too dark for me and slightly bitter. I enjoyed the first coffee more.
A little too earthy for us.
I think I'm just not a dark roast fan. It's not so much it's a bad coffee.
